An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Senior Sister/Charge Nurse (Band 7) in ED, on a 4 month secondment. Main duties
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, clinically strong candidates with experience in Emergency Medicine and an appetite for innovation, service change and improvement. You will be expected to function effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment without compromising essential standards of care and professionalism.

We are based in a purpose-built unit in a new hospital and are committed to delivering care in an outstanding facility. North Bristol NHS Trust is a large teaching hospital at the forefront of academic and nursing excellence. The ED is one of the busiest in the South West. As a Major Trauma Centre (MTC) and a Hyper Acute Stroke Unit (HASU), the ED includes a 6-bedded resuscitation area with a 2:1 nursing ratio, a majors area with 14 cubicles and a 1:3 ratio, an ambulatory/observation unit and a dedicated minor injuries facility, including a unit for children, open 24 hours a day.
