We are recruiting for a permanent German & English Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.
Main Purpose of Customer Service Advisor role:
* Responding to English and German emails and answering English and German calls
* Dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies from English to German and German to English
* Delivering customer service / excellence in all aspects of supporting the clients' customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German
* Communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat
The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor will report into the German Team Leader.
You should have:

* A confident and professional manner
* A real willingness to help a customer with their challenge

Salary: £27,768 per annum
Location: Hybrid for London office
Hours: 40 paid hours per week.
Shifts: Monday - Saturday, based on a shift pattern. 8 hour shifts between the opening hours of 8am - 8pm. Rota provided 2 weeks in advance for easy planning.
