About the Role
As a Painter and Decorator, you will join our Damp, Mould, Condensation, and Disrepairs team. Your primary responsibility will be resolving residents’ priority issues promptly and effectively.
You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver damp, mould, and remediation works, using industry-standard techniques and products. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of satisfaction and trust our customers have in Celtic Horizons.
Role Criteria
1. Hold City and Guilds level 2 in Painting & Decorating
2. Appropriate experience working in the building construction/Maintenance Industry
3. The ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks contained within the job description.
4. The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
5. The ability to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
6. Full UK driving licence
7. Preferably, damp and mould remediation experience
