Key Responsibilities:
* Fit, balance, and repair tyres across a range of vehicles
* Conduct safety inspections and provide honest, professional advice
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace
* Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team dynamic
* Represent the business with politeness, integrity, and professionalism
Requirements:
* Previous tyre fitting experience (preferred)
* Respectful communication and a customer-first attitude
* Ability to stay focused and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
* UK driving licence is welcome but not essential
