Job Description
We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join an Ofsted-registered, three-bedroom children's home in Ribchester.
Location: Ribchester, PR3Contract: Temporary to Permanent (Full-time hours)
This home delivers high-quality residential care and education to children and young people with mental health needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), and complex behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children in building and maintaining relationships with family and friends
* Encourage participation in community activities such as clubs and day centres
* Assist with all aspects of daily living
* Safeguard vulnerable children, reporting any concerns or signs of harm
* Carry out housekeeping duties and maintain high standards of hygiene within the home when required
Requirements:
* Experience working with children aged 6-18 with learning disabilities, complex needs, or Autism
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
