Looking for a UK Field and Event Sales Manager to lead our event-based customer acquisition strategy. You'll manage and grow a nationwide team of passionate Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they're in the right places, delivering great customer experiences and reaching sales targets. This role blends hands-on field work with strategy. You'll plan and deliver events, recruit and coach ambassadors, manage budgets, forecast ROI and improve where and how we show up. Working closely with Marketing, Ops and Finance, you'll ensure every event drives impact and reflects our brand.
