The Role
* Advising employers on day‑to‑day employment issues and longer‑term risk
* Handling both advisory and contentious work, including disputes as they arise
* Drafting and negotiating key employment documents
* Working closely with clients to understand their commercial pressures and objectives
About You
* Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
* Experience across contentious and non‑contentious employment law
* Commercial, pragmatic and confident dealing directly with clients
* Strong communicator who enjoys building lasting relationships
