Unicar is a busy MOT Testing Station / Repair Garage based in Studley.
We have a vacancy for a full time Service Receptionist.
You will be handling our customers' requirements in person, over the phone, and via email in this crucial function. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties include:
* Reception duties ie, greeting customers warmly and professionally, dealing with enquiries efficiently over the phone/ email and face to face.
* Producing Invoice using garage management software
* Taking payments and handling cash.
* Ordering parts.
-Collecting customers vehicles.
* HOLD A FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE
* Able to work alone but also as a team.
* Social media contribution/awareness
Experience
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Strong typing skills and data entry experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
