Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter with a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical contract and freelance roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, build talent pipelines, and source candidates in various international markets outside of the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical contract and freelance positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Develop sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent from international markets, focusing on Europe, North America, and other regions.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted freelance and contract candidates for technical needs.
* Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and fit.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and establish interview processes.
* Manage contract negotiations, including rates, payment terms, and scope, ensuring compliance.
* Use data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and advise on talent trends geographically.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience as a Technical Recruiter in an agency or in-house setting.
* Successful sourcing and placement of candidates outside the UK.
* Experience with contract and freelance recruitment, including rate negotiation and compliance.
* Knowledge of the technology landscape, including development languages, frameworks, cloud, and infrastructure.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
