This is a key leadership position, responsible for supporting the Home Manager in delivering exceptional clinical care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and best practice standards. The role involves a combination of hands-on clinical work (3 days per week) and protected supernumerary time (1 day per week) to focus on leadership, audits, staff development, and care planning.
