The Connect to Work Employment Consultant will provide end-to-end support for individuals seeking employment, including vocational profiling, job matching and in-work support. You take a provide person-centred approach to ensure individuals are matched to job roles based on skills and experience. You’ll use your initiative, outstanding communication skills, and pro-active problem-solving ability to ensure successful employment outcomes are delivered and that contractual targets are met.
