Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
 * Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
 * Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
 * Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
 * Take on the role of Key Person to support holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
 * Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintain a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
 * Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
 * Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience is advantageous (ideally as Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner).
 * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
 * Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
