An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 999 Non‑Clinical Educator on a 12‑month secondment, based at Northern House.

Main duties of the job
As an Educator you will be required to work within the training team to ensure the effective provision of training and mentorship across the organisation. You will need to be motivated and express a positive attitude towards the organisation. You will address any issues and concerns that may inhibit staff from achieving both their personal and organisational goals.
* work as part of a team to support other practitioners within the operational environment of CCC using knowledge, skills, and professional judgement.
* deliver extensive dispatch training to relevant CCC staff.
* provide expert systems knowledge and training, including Non-clinical Triage systems across the 999 services.
* maintain and ensure safety and maintenance of a high-quality service
* To ensure that the communications link and software is fully understood by all staff working within the service and that technical failure can be recognised and appropriately reported.
* support service delivery targets, and national and locally negotiated targets, through performance review, audit, and training.
* attend team meetings and work with the line manager to improve and / or consistently maintain standards.
* actively participate in regular call monitoring and quality of calls to include call review, self-reflection and feedback to staff
* provide professional expertise as required to call centre colleagues

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Accredited CFH Pathways Trainer Certificate or willingness to undertake
* Teaching and Assessing qualification or experience in training environment
Desirable criteria
* Educated to Degree level
Knowledge

* Experience of training delivery
* Audit, Evaluation and clinical governance knowledge
* Customer services skills
* Experience of working in the 999 environment
