Administration Clerical Support Practice Education Facilitator Team
The post holder will be required to operate efficiently and effectively, providing proactive administrative support with diary management, organisation of meetings, programmes and events for all training needs across the Nursing and Midwifery Services, including tasks such as inputting and maintaining the Oracle Learning Management System.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
To provide professional, efficient, accurate, and prompt administrative and clerical support to the Practice Education Facilitator Team.
The post holder will operate efficiently and effectively, supporting training across Nursing and Midwifery Services, including managing diaries, organising meetings, programmes, and events, and maintaining the Oracle Learning Management System.
Being a team player, adaptable to changing priorities, and working flexibly are essential qualities for this role.
