Position Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level. It involves supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The role supports the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.
Qualifications
1. Education: Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school. Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
2. Certifications: Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by law or regulation; CPR certification.
