A renowned event photography company is looking for a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join their vibrant team on a 12 to 15-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities
Strategically match photographers to events based on skill-set, location, and availability using a custom scheduling platform.
Coordinate cost-effective travel and lodging for both UK and international shoots.
Organise and maintain photography gear and company vans, ensuring readiness and reliability.
Keep DBS checks up to date and ensure all documentation is properly managed.
Foster strong relationships with photographers and internal departments through clear, timely communication.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience in logistics, operations, or scheduling (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
A proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail
Additional Information
Due to the rural location of the office, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential. Please note that public transport is not available to the site.
