Job Summary
Our manufacturing site in Keele offers an opportunity for an upstream Biologics Manufacturing Operator.
Responsible for executing assigned work in house and contracted programmes for development, transfer, or cGMP manufacturing of processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely execution of activities, meeting operational, quality, and safety targets.
* Execute and complete assigned programmes in a timely manner.
* Record data and communicate results effectively.
* Perform operations following appropriate training and maintain training records.
* Maintain the 5S system for facility management.
* Complete and maintain documentation to high standards.
* Work within all areas of the Operations Group as part of multidisciplinary teams.
* Perform manufacturing operations in compliance with cGMP standards.
* Ensure process development considers cGMP needs.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum HNC/HND in a science subject or Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Biochemical Engineering.
* Previous practical laboratory experience is desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and practical skills.
* Self-starter, proactive, team player.
* Flexible working ability.
