Working in a small and friendly team, experience within a finance team/function is needed, but most importantly you must bring drive and enthusiasm and a love of process and regulations. This position is temporary and is paying up to £17/hr. Initially they need someone for 1 month BUT there is the opportunity for temp-perm for the right person also. If you have excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills, this could be the role for you. Your new role* Sales Ledger processing of invoices * Local authority invoicing * Processing sales receipts * Cross checking internal reports * Maintaining the database * Credit control * Administration to support the finance team * Other general finance assistant duties.What you'll need to succeed* Experience doing sales ledger within a finance team * Understanding of Excel * Strong attention to detail * Excellent organisation skills * Proactive approach to work * Excellent Time Keeping* Previous experience in a legal practice is desirable but not essential.
