Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programmes and activities for children.
* Provide supervision and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Collaborate with educators to create engaging learning experiences that promote development in various areas.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
* Manage daily operations, including scheduling, record keeping, and maintaining a clean environment.
* Support children with personal care routines as needed, fostering independence and confidence.
* Drive children to various activities or outings as required, ensuring their safety during transit.
Skills
* Strong learning abilities to effectively work within a team.
* Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is beneficial.
* Knowledge in early childhood education is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to engage positively with children and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
