Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a well-known Local authority based in Greater London. They are seeking a Locum Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

Compensation
* Umbrella rate: £40-£50 per hour depending on experience
* PAYE (Including Holiday Pay): £35.37 - £44.06 per hour
Contract Details
This role is on a contract basis for 3 months with potential to extend.
Requirements
The right candidate will need experience in Residential and Conveyancing.
Responsibilities as a Locum Property Lawyer:
* Handle your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion.
* Deal with the Conveyancing aspects of sales to Council tenants and all Agreements and Charges with and to the Housing Associations.
* Prepare and serve all Notices required under Part II Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure.
