Responsibilities

* Coordinate & monitor supply chain operations for all modes of transport
* Liaise directly with both customers and suppliers to ensure smooth process of all work carried out
* Plan & track shipments according to the customers requirements
* Tracking & reporting any delays in transit inbound/outbound
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Tracking & updating transit reports within given time frame
* Billing and closing out files for month end
* Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
* Positive mental attitude
* Good communications skills
* Confidence to try & solve problems with minimal assistance
* Willingness to learn new things
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Work to given timeframes/deadlines
* Motivate others around them
* Knowledge of Excel & Word documents
* Standard Grades or the equivalent
* Previous customer service experience required
* Min 2 years logistics experience required
