Whether youre anNQ solicitor with Wills & Probate experienceor anexperienced Solicitor/Executive, this role offers the chance to work with a supportive team and handle interesting, complex cases.
What youll do:
* Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion
* Draft Wills, prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney, and administer estates
* Handle client enquiries and support colleagues across the probate team
* Ensure deadlines and billing are accurate and client care standards are met
Youll need:
* Minimum 3 years experience in Wills & Probate (all PQE levels considered)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent client xsngvjr care and communication skills
* Organised, methodical, and able to work under pressure
* Flexible, proactive team player with a full UK driving licence
