Account Manager – Print Industry
We have a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join a customer‑centric printing company. This leading player in its field offers a strong focus on employee engagement, recognition and development.
Responsibilities
* Act as the direct point of contact for a key client.
* Manage the start‑to‑finish workflow for all print projects, ensuring expected delivery and client satisfaction.
* Provide daily service to client needs.
* Collaborate with client and team members, using high energy and an outgoing personality.
* Work mainly with a House Hold Name brand based in the greater Birmingham area.
Qualifications
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Proven experience in a client‑facing role within the printing industry.
* Enthusiastic self‑starter, highly motivated and driven.
* Strong problem‑solving ability with an eagerness to learn and grow.
* Resident of the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
