We are currently on the lookout for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established Architectural Practice based in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to develop their career within a talented team that offer excellent progression and training.
Responsibilities
* Produce and present drawings to clients and directors.
* Deal with contractors and develop projects within the Residential sector.
* Work closely with clients, attend site visits and ensure projects are achieved by the deadline.
* Work across both domestic and commercial sectors; experience in both is highly beneficial.
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary (£30,000 - £37,000 DOE)

Job Requirements
* Living within a commutable distance of Boston
* 1 year’s relevant experience within a UK-based company
* Residential experience advantageous
* Knowledge of SketchUp advantageous
* Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
