Job Description
Do you take pride in perfectly kept greens and enjoy working outdoors in a stunning environment? We’re looking for a passionate Greenkeeper to help maintain our two championship golf courses, ensuring they’re presented to the highest standards every day.
Working closely with our Course Managers, you’ll play a key role in the daily care, presentation and long-term upkeep of the courses, helping deliver an exceptional experience for our golfers.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Maintaining and preparing both golf courses to the standards set by the Course Managers
2. Operating greenkeeping machinery safely and correctly, in line with Health & Safety requirements
3. Applying fertilisers, chemicals and irrigation treatments accurately and responsibly
4. Carrying out general greenkeeping duties, including course maintenance and improvements
5. Ensuring all work complies with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations at all times
6. Supporting the wider Greenkeeping team as required
Qualifications
7. A strong work ethic and pride in high-quality outdoor work
8. A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures (training provided where needed)
9. The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
10. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
11. We are recruiting all Levels with Salary being based on experience.
