About the role As the Operations Apprentice at Scantech Offshore, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the operations team. Your responsibilities include providing support to our operations and senior leadership team. Whilst being mentored by the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Raising purchase requisitions for the operations team, progressing to purchase orders and close out with finance team. Updating and maintaining database applications as required. Participating in the on-call rota on a 1 in 3-week basis. Overseeing travel for staff to GTY Base - ensuring space in staff house, arranging per diem allowance. Arranging all necessary training for UK Based offshore team. Positively engaging with company QSHE initiatives As part of your Apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration standard which will be delivered by our partnered training provider, DBC Training. You will be supported by a mentor, and an immensely experienced team will be at your disposal for unwavering support. Additionally, 20% of your apprenticeship hours will be devoted to off-the-job activities, including exam preparation, shadowing senior staff, tutorials with your mentor or colleagues, and other developmental sessions, enhancing your overall learning experience. Due to the nature of the on-call rota that this role will be part of once trained, the successful applicant must be over 18 years of age.
