About the Role
This role is ideal for someone commercially aware, professional on the phone, and comfortable engaging with architects and decision-makers in the high-end residential market. The focus is on meaningful conversations that lead to genuine opportunitiesnot high-volume calling.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing a strong prospect base by contacting architectural practices, introducing our products, and generating interest in our services. The ultimate goal is to secure face-to-face meetings and create qualified project enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact architects and architectural practices to introduce the business
* Identify and reach the appropriate decision-makers
* Build rapport and establish professional relationships
* Generate and qualify new leads
* Accurately record and manage activity
* Support the wider team by maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities

Essential:
* Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales
* Confidence speaking with professionals and decision-makers
* Ability to navigate organisations and handle gatekeepers
* Professional, credible, and engaging telephone manner
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Excellent organisation and self-management
Desirable:
* Experience within construction, architecture, or a related sector
* Interest in high-quality materials or design-led projects

Working Arrangements
* Remote or home-based working available
* Initial training ideally conducted in South Petherton (flexibility for partial remote)
* Ongoing office attendance required periodically (e.g. twice per month)
