Rate: £45-£55 per day - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 9-12-month initial contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Housing Lawyer on behalf of a local authority in the northwest region.
This is a senior, hands-on legal role providing high-quality legal advice, advocacy and representation on complex and high-profile housing matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex caseload with minimal supervision, acting as advocate in the County Court and Magistrates' Court.
Conduct proceedings across all aspects of social housing law, including:
Anti-social behaviour injunctions
Possession proceedings
Housing disrepair claims
Estate management matters
Act as a trusted legal adviser to Council departments and social housing providers, delivering high-level, strategic and tactical advice on housing law issues.
About You
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive Advocate with a practising certificate.
Significant experience in local authority or social housing law.
Proven advocacy experience in the County Court and Magistrates' Court.
