Company Overview
CPI Mortars pioneered the UK construction materials industry in the late 1990s with the first dry mortar plant. We are now the only national dry mortar producer with nine EuroMix manufacturing plants, supplying major UK construction projects.
We also operate a state-of-the-art bagging facility at Carlton Manufacturing, providing ready-to-use concrete, mortar, and fence post mixes.

Job Description
Join our Commercial Team to support a leading business by managing key customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to support a dynamic, hands-on environment through high-quality customer service.
This full-time role offers flexibility, with standard hours from 9-5, but we are open to flexible working arrangements or reduced hours/job sharing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stay informed about sales developments and opportunities in the region.
2. Build and develop relationships with existing clients and source new customers.
3. Identify new opportunities for our dry silo mortar system.
4. Collaborate with the Plant Manager to maintain excellent customer service.
5. Work with Credit Control to resolve invoice queries.
6. Coordinate with Technical Department to address site technical issues.
Job Requirements

Desirable but not Essential
Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required; sales experience in other fields is also welcome.
