Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and manage incoming home and motor insurance claims
* Liaise with policyholders, garages, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate settlements
* Investigate any inconsistencies or potential fraud, escalating when needed
* Maintain accurate records and ensure customers are updated regularly on the progress of their claim
* Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and support compliance standards
