Senior Visual Designer (Brand & Creative)
Location: Remote, within ±2 hours of UK time (GMT/BST)
Salary: £60–70k (DOE + Benefits)
Type: Full-time | Start ASAP
I’m working with a fast-growing client in the climate tech space who is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join their small but dynamic design team.
Their company runs one of the leading carbon removal marketplaces, trusted by major tech companies. They have an ambitious roadmap and need someone to elevate their brand and marketing design — making science-backed carbon removal credible and compelling.
The Role
* Lead brand and marketing design across decks, events, campaigns, and more
* Transform complex climate concepts into simple, beautiful visuals
* Collaborate closely with their Head of Design, Product Designer, and freelance creatives
* Replace their current freelance designer (a 3-month handover is in place)
What they're looking for
* A natural visual storyteller capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
* Strong grounding in clean, Swiss-style design with a creative twist
* Experience in brand, marketing, and event design
* Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (start-up or agency background)
