Your responsibilities will include: Leading site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Preparing and maintaining project-specific safety documentation Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, training, and safety briefings Investigating and reporting on incidents/accidents, driving improvements Mentoring junior H&S colleagues and supporting team development Ensuring compliance with Irish H&S legislation, ISO standards, and company procedures About You You are a dedicated Health & Safety professional with: 5 years’ experience in construction safety (residential or commercial) A degree or diploma in Health & Safety (or related field) Ideally IOSH membership (or working toward it) Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and best practices Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office & H&S systems) Confidence in leading meetings, training sessions, and engaging with all site staff What’s Next?
