We are looking for an experienced Appian Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Appian solutions for digital transformation projects.
Location: London - 2 days from the office
Inside - IR35
Candidate must be able to start within 2 weeks
Key Responsibilities
* Design and architect scalable Appian-based solutions
* Translate business requirements into technical designs and process models
* Develop Appian applications, integrations, and workflows
* Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
* Ensure best practices for performance, security, and code quality
* Collaborate with business, project, and QA teams throughout delivery
Requirements
* 5+ years of Appian development experience, including 2+ years in a Lead or Architect role
* Strong knowledge of Appian BPM, SAIL, process modeling, and Appian best practices
* Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, RDBMS)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Appian Certified Lead Designer or Architect certification is highly desirable
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
