An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our bank team. We are looking for caring individuals who have a fully flexible approach to support in line with demand, ideally you will have experience within a medical or nurse led service.
You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to adapt to working in different environments. We expect all Bank staff to be reliable, to offer flexibility and to have enthusiasm for the role.

For the Nurse Bank it is desirable to have had a minimum of six months paid working experience as a Care Assistant /HCA either in a care home or hospital setting. A minimum of six months voluntary or unpaid care experience will also be considered. Care experience will need to be demonstrated within the application and interview. Duties should include some of those listed in the attached Job Description, with clear experience of providing personal care as part of the role. Six months of experience paid or unpaid needs to have been completed in the last 3 years and for bank/agency/relief work, evidence must be provided to show you have worked regularly during the period referenced.
