Job Description
What you'll do
In this rewarding and essential role, you’ll be supporting a client with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with mobility and personal care - including bowel management (experience in this area is essential).
The client attends a day centre and enjoys access to a sensory room at home. At weekends he loves to go out for a ice cream and go on walks. We’re looking for a confident, compassionate, and friendly care professional who can provide consistent, high-quality support.
We are looking for a care professional who brings energy, empathy and enthusiasm to every shift. You will be someone who values building strong relationships and providing high quality and attentive care.
At our organisation, we care for individuals of all ages with a range of complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries, both in the community and at home. What you'll need
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. Full Nurse Led training is provided.
Due to public transport limitations in the area, a driver with access to a car is required.
