Key Responsibilities
* Implement and promote a high standard of care and education
* Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet individual children's needs
* Observe and assess children's development and progress
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
* Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
* Maintain records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting
* Understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Current DBS check and pediatric first aid certification preferred
