Responsibilities:
* Act as main point of contact for engineering client, building strong relationships and understanding requirements.
* Process customer orders accurately, checking specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
* Ensure smooth transition of projects into production, liaise with production and monitor order progress, proactively resolve delays or issues.
* Ensure products are correctly labelled and all documentation (packing lists and delivery notes) is accurate.
* Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment.
* Support accurate and timely invoicing and financial completion of orders.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years in a customer-focused role with strong administrative skills and order processing.
* High attention to detail, particularly in order accuracy and documentation.
* Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments.
* Working pattern Monday to Friday, 30‑40 hours per week.
