This leading Wiltshire practice has a newly available opening for an experienced lawyer to join their highly respected Commercial Property team in Chippenham at Associate or Senior Associate level. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to become a key player within a growing and well-established department. You will work across a wide spectrum of real estate and property law matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Landlord & tenant work including leases and renewals Asset management for property portfolios Commercial property finance, security, and investment transactions Optional niche work in areas such as agricultural property or renewable energy projects What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property/real estate law Strong knowledge across property transactions and related legal issues An interest in business development and nurturing client relationships Any specialisms (agriculture, development, energy, investment) are welcomed but not essential Why This Firm?
