What you'll be doing:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all food, drink and retail operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers the highest guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events
* Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment and rota management
* Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination
* Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining strong cost control
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and food hygiene
* Managing administrative processes, staff records and online systems
* Working closely with senior management to meet commercial targets and operational objectives
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
What we're looking for:
* At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or F&B
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a diverse team
* Strong understanding of stock management, cost control and menu pricing
* Excellent organisational and administrative ability, including use of digital systems
* A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering standout service
* Flexible, positive and able to adapt to the needs of a busy leisure environment
