What you’ll be doing Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve productivity and accuracy targets. Manage and assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles , to provide optimal output with loading team. Organize daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks and risk assessments. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Oversee inventory control and support stock management processes. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain accurate records of team performance and operational metrics. What you’ll bring to the role • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent understanding of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment. • Knowledge o f Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Values similar to ours : Care, Dare and Deliver.
