We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our talented kitchen team at the exclusive Everglades Hotel. Under the leadership of our Inspiring Head Chef, Raymond Callaghan, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

The rate of pay ranges from £9.00 to £12.25 per hour depending on age.

About The Role
To ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and presented to the Hastings Standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene.
* Keeping all kitchen areas clean. Typical tasks include washing dishes, pots, pans, loading and unloading the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning bins.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing areas including walls, fridges, and mopping floors.
* Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
* Maintaining the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
* Working effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
* Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
* Any other duties as required by management.
About You
We would love you to have some similar previous experience, but this is not essential as our Kitchen Team will provide you with full training.
