Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration: Ensure all sales administration, enquiries, and customer service tasks are executed efficiently.
Business Development: Contribute to the company's profitability, cash flow, and return on investment.
Sales Planning: Develop individual sales plans for operations and sales colleagues.
Team Development: Encourage and develop the internal sales team to enhance operational performance.
Reporting: Provide detailed sales reports and activities to improve progress.
Customer Communication: Maintain clear and accurate communications with customers.
Data Management: Manage stock, customer data, sales patterns, and forecasting.
Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities from existing customers.
Order Processing: Process and follow up on enquiries, tenders, and quotations to maximise business potential.
Production Support: Assist production with process control and provide accurate information to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team as required.
Logistics Coordination: Work with transport to manage delivery dates and times, maintaining customer communication at all times.

Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration role, preferably in the packaging solutions industry, although not essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in data management and reporting.
Ability to develop and implement sales plans.
A proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
