Bradford Live are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Experience Assistants to join our front-of-house team. This is a casual role with flexible shifts, perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love live entertainment.

Main Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Serve food and beverages, including alcohol, in line with licensing regulations.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment across all guest areas.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials.
• Answer questions about menu items, dietary requirements, and make recommendations.
• Take orders and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Fire Safety procedures.
• Support the wider team with additional duties as required.
Essential Skills
• Passion for food, theatre, and live entertainment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and customer service principles.
• Ability to work effectively during busy periods.
• Motivated, reliable, and available for evening and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable with late finishes when required.
Desirable Skills
• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of food, drinks, and allergens is a plus.
