About the role
We are seeking a Welfare Assistant with experience working with children in a primary school setting to join our team. The role mainly involves lunchtime support, including playground monitoring and positive interaction with children.
The successful candidate will:
* Demonstrate commitment to our school ethos and values
* Support children’s learning and wellbeing
* Support the wellbeing of children across different ages in the school
* Relate well to children and adults and work effectively in a team
Duties include planning, preparing, and delivering fun activities for individuals and small groups on the playground, and supporting children during dinner.
