This is a pivotal leadership role within a growing international organisation, responsible for ensuring acquisitions transition smoothly from deal phase through to operational integration. You will act as the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams, maintaining momentum and protecting deal value throughout the integration lifecycle.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Leading end-to-end integration activity across acquisitions from due diligence through to post-merger integration.
* Coordinating integration workstreams, governance forums and stakeholder engagement across multiple jurisdictions.
* Establishing and managing the Integration Management Office (IMO) for assigned transactions.
* Translating diligence findings into executable integration plans and delivery roadmaps.
* Supporting Day 1 readiness and ensuring business continuity throughout integration phases.
* Monitoring integration risks, dependencies, milestones and value delivery.
* Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, target businesses and senior stakeholders.
* Coordinating governance reporting, issue escalation and remediation activities.
* Supporting the implementation of operational models, systems, controls and frameworks aligned to regulatory requirements.
* Managing relationships with senior executives, functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Supporting post-merger integration and value realisation activities across the business.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within M&A integration, corporate development, consulting, programme management or a similar cross-functional leadership role. They will demonstrate experience managing complex projects or multiple simultaneous transactions, alongside strong knowledge of the M&A lifecycle and operational business functions. Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills are essential, particularly when engaging with senior executives and cross-jurisdictional teams. Experience within financial services, professional services or regulated environments would be highly advantageous. The successful individual will be commercially aware, highly organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and drive successful integration outcomes.
