This role involves visiting students in their workplace to check competency and quality of their work while supporting them to build their onsite evidence portfolio. Your priority will be to support students to achieve their full potential. In a typical day, you will be:
* Visiting the student's workplace to observe them working on installations
* Supporting them to complete their onsite portfolio of evidence
* Completing progress reviews with students and setting targets
* Liaising with employers, teaching staff, and support departments to progress students through their apprenticeship
Relevant industrial experience is invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational or training environment.
You need to hold an NVQ Level 3 in Sustainable Building Services. We will support you to gain any other qualifications that may be required.
