About the Role
We are looking for a confident and organised Operations Team Manager to join our team in York. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for leading our parking attendants and maintenance staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery to clients and the public.
You'll be the first point of contact for client queries and feedback, while also supporting your team to meet performance targets and uphold company standards. If you're a natural leader with great people skills and a passion for service excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
As we operate across the UK, this role will involve regular travel to various locations nationwide. Overnight stays may be required depending on the location.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise the parking and maintenance teams across multiple sites.
· Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
· Respond to client enquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
· Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
· Plan rotas, manage holiday cover, and allocate resources efficiently.
· Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
· Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support service delivery.
· Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
· Promote a positive team culture and support staff development.
