We’re recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support a large primary school in the BS15 area with a strong, established SEN provision. This is a structured setting where support staff play a key role in helping pupils access learning, manage routines, and develop confidence. The role You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including: Autism (ASC) ADHD Speech and language needs SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) Learning difficulties Support will take place across: 1:1 support for EHCP pupils Small group interventions In-class support Dedicated SEN spaces and quieter provision areas The school uses consistent routines, visual support strategies, and targeted interventions to support engagement and behaviour.
