The role offers exposure across transactions, trading documentation, fund launches, commercial contracts, governance and wider legal advisory work. You will work closely with investment, compliance, operations and distribution teams, gaining a real understanding of how an investment manager operates.
The team is open to lawyers from funds, finance, derivatives, structured finance, corporate or broader transactional backgrounds. What matters most is a genuine interest in asset management, strong drafting skills and a practical, commercial approach.
