This is a full-time, fully onsite role responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for our organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely submissions, while also supporting the wider finance and HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies Handle monthly payroll runs, including data entry, calculation of pay, adjustments, and deductions Prepare and submit P11D's and ensure accurate payrolling of benefits Administer and report on company vehicle benefits, including fuel and mileage calculations Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly Liaise with HMRC and external auditors where required Provide payroll reports and support month-end processes in conjunction with the Finance team Stay updated on legislation and implement necessary payroll process updates Support employee payroll queries professionally and efficiently Requirements: Proven experience in a similar payroll position, handling end-to-end payroll independently Strong working knowledge of P11D's, payrolling of benefits, and company vehicles Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Sage, Iris, or similar) and Microsoft Excel In-depth understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in an onsite environment Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
